Bat Trang pottery village

Van Phuc silk village

This is the ideal destination for those who "hesitates to go far" because the Van Phuc silk village is just 10km from central Hanoi. With only 30 minutes by motorbike and you will be at the famous  and most longstanding silk village in Vietnam.

Coming to Van Phuc, you will feel very comfortable with its classic scenes such as the banyan tree, wells, family courts and conference markets under the previous multi-family. Currently, the village has changed a lot due to the modernization, but each family has retained the antique looms. In Van Phuc, you will be surprised by the process of manufacturing and trading of various silk types that are typical in Vietnamese culture. On the road running through Bat Trang, you can hear the noise made by a thump and a lozenge indicating very busy atmosphere in the heart of this peaceful village.
