Ha Long Tourism - Ha Long is not only famous in Vietnam, but also all over the world because of its natural beauty which has been ranked as one of top 7 natural wonders of the world. However, once you decided to visit Ha Long, in addition to the beauty of this famous place, you should also try the tasty foods here. Let us show you some of those.

1. Ha Long Grilled Squid

Grilled squid is a popular dish in Vietnam, which can found in any place located next to the sea. However, if you're a gourmet who tried grilled squid in many places, you will find the Ha Long grilled squid is much more delicious and attractive. There is no significant reason proving this fact, but specialists comment that Ha Long grilled squid is crispy, sweet, good smell and able to be eaten as much as your stomach allow you. A secret from local people to successfully make grilled squid is that the material must be fresh and they highly recommend squid harvested in Ha Long because of its high quality and deliciousness. After pre-treatment, squid should be mailed by hands to ensure the toughness, crispness and sweetness.

2. Sam - a kind of sea crabs

 Sam is a kind of aquaculture crabs which are normally found in couples. From this kind of seafood, there are various types of delicious outcomes like salad sam, stir-fried  sam, steamed, sam baked sam, etc. These are very healthy and nutritious, so if you have a chance, don't miss these cuisines of Ha Long.

3. Ngan - a "relative" of clam

Ngan is a "relative" of clam living in brackish or salty water. This is a delicious and quite rare food in Ha Long. Ngan has higher content of nutritious in comparison to normal clam, hence its price is also higher. This dish is particularly preferred by men because it's believed to enhance men's "ability".

4. Sung - a truly rare and expensive food

This kind of seafood is very rare, as a consequence, very expensive that can only be found in Van Don, Quang Ninh. The food that is made from fresh sung and fresh garlic is a cuisine of Quang Ninh. Dried sung can be dry roasted, when it's cooked, the color turns into yellow with a warm flavor and interesting taste.
